Have you ever tried a new skincare product only to wake up with a bad breakout? Sadly, although most beauty essentials promise a glowing, healthy skin, it may still produce adverse results such as a bad breakout. That's what my struggle is for a few months after jumping into the infamous "10-steps Korean skincare". Rather than waking up looking like Belle, I woke up like a beast! Good thing, I found my one true love and if you've never heard of it -- and you're experiencing acne problems -- then today's your lucky day!

EUJAI PROPOLIS MYRRH AMPLE LIGHT

It's been a month or two since I first met Propolis. I saw a lot of positive reviews and although I've given up my hope on Korean skincare products, I've decided to give this one a try. Too bad my phone broke and I wasn't able to save pictures of me dealing with a terrible breakout.

First Impression

It costs P140 (and you can get yours here) and I thought that it's pretty cheap. That made me more hesitant but since I'm already freaking out, I gave it a try. If first impressions really last, I'll say that this never failed me. The packaging is simple: it comes in a glass bottle with a dropper. It smells amazing, though; almost flowery and sweet. The texture's thin, almost watery but slightly thicker that's why the skin easily absorbs it. I used it together with RA & Gowoori's Red Ginseng Foam Cleanser. No toner. No moisturizer. Only a cleanser and this miracle ampoule. After a few nights, I saw a drastic change. My pimples dried quickly, which, of course, is a huge relief. Even a friend who've tried it as well gave the same feedback. But why is this so? What is Elujai Propolis Myrrh Ample Light all about?

Product Description

From Google: "It is an ample/ampoule which contains honey extract (the compounds of vitamin B like B1, B2, B6 and pantothenic acid and etc.) so, it gives moisturizing abilities on the skin, prevents dryness and helps to manage as moist skin. Also, it improves the condition of the skin and manages healthily with royal jelly extract, propolis extract and etc., because it stimulates the circulation of a cycle on the skin. Effects: Anti-Wrinkle, Whitening Functional Cosmetics."

Meanwhile, as HeyHoney cited: “Propolis is commonly used for its healing, antiseptic and restorative capabilities. Propolis will assist in balancing, healing and soothing problematic skin. It also accelerates the rate of cell growth and decongests pores. Propolis protects against bacteria and functions as a great anti-inflammatory agent.”

How To Use

The product is too light that you can use it during the day, prior to makeup application, and at night time. Like the usual regimen, start with a clean face by using a cleanser. Rinse properly and use a toner while the skin is still damp. Apply the Propolis Myrrh Ample Light and a moisturizer.

Major Concern

Without a doubt, the product is effective and so far, I've found no negative reviews about it. However, the only concern that most clients ask is -- why Elujai Propolis Myrrh Ample Light's bottle contains only a few amount. It's been answered, fortunately, and it's because most of the liquid is already in the dropper. Every bottle contains 15ml of the propolis so there's no need to worry.

Verdict/Recommendation

I' give 4.5 stars to this product. It's super effective if you want to have a glowing skin without ripping your wallet of. Kaya lang, I can't vouch about it being a dark circle remedy. Wala akong nakitang improvement sa eye area ko (or sadyang kulang na ko sa tulog).

But if asked whether I would recommend this product or not, the answer is -- YES! Highly recommended momshie. Ever since I used this product, I became more confident in my own skin. Kumbaga powder and lip tint lang, sapat na. It's my Holy Grail and I'm on my second bottle. It's kind of small, 15 ml to be exact, but it goes a long way. Maybe this is why it's one of the hottest Korean products!
