I’ll also take advantage of this time and do a review about this product, so let’s get started!
This product had just been released recently but in a short period, it has become a commodity to most girls, and moms too! No doubt, it got everybody talking about it.
I first tried it in a lighter, nude shade but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to save a picture of me wearing it. I must say that yes, it really is KISS PROOF! I tried eating, drinking and rubbing it and although some parts of it has faded, unlike other lipsticks, it didn’t smudge easilyl.
This is a “must-try” not only for moms, but also for all the ladies out there!
For moms, this is definitely a “must-have” especially because we are doing a lot of things and most of those things involve smooching our little ones.
It comes in 19 shades so definitely, you can find a shade (or shades) that will suit you.
The Me Now Kiss Proof is like a big pencil we used way back when we’re still in Kindergarten and it needs to be sharpened once the tip is worn out. However, it doesn’t come with a free sharpener so you need to buy it separately.
PROS:
• It lasts for up to 5 hours or more, depending on how you take care of your lips.
• Very, very affordable! Usually it only needs you to spend P150.
• Great color selection. It has over 10 shades, from nude to very dark, so you have many choices to choose from.
• Easy-to-wipe
• Waterproof
• Kiss proof! You can even use this on your first date. Lol!
CONS:
• It needs to be sharpened and the sharpener is sold separately.
• The product is not advisable for dry, flaky lips.
• Since it comes cheaper than the other brands, it fades and you need to re-apply it again.
TIP: One important tip that I want to leave you is to apply a lip balm/lip moisturizer first. Since the product is matte, it might make your lips dry and flaky. So, take care of it by applying your favourite lip balm to ensure total moisture!
